Irene Bremis began working in real estate three decades ago at her family’s business, and to this day, she continues to be passionate about the industry and determined to set up her clients for success. As the broker/owner of iBremis Realty, Inc., Bremis focuses on the Somerville, Medford, Arlington, Cambridge, Wakefield, Melrose and Stoneham markets, assisting a range of buyers and sellers — including developers and investors. “Everyone needs a place to live, and all of us on the iBremis team enjoy serving the residents in our hometown and surrounding communities,” she says.

Due to her longevity in the industry as well as her reputation for delivering superior service, Bremis has a referral-heavy client roster and works with a number of repeat customers. “Quite a few companion partners referred me their friends or clients after they had unsuccessfully listed with other agents. With the assistance of my team, we were able to take what was a frustrating experience and turn it around.”

Bremis is a Relocation Certified Coordinator, Senior Residential Specialist, Certified Buyer’s Representative and Accredited Seller’s Representative, and is Loss Mitigation Certified. In 2017, she was featured on the cover of Top Agent magazine, and her family’s agency has been recognized as one of the best in the community for many years.

Bremis is a member of local Rotary and Lions clubs and the founder of Dreams for Youth Foundation. She also supports the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, as well as a local teen empowerment program. She frequently visits a local assisted living facility, enjoying her time spent with her dad and the friendships she’s built and maintained with the residents.

Equally goal-oriented outside of work, Bremis is dedicated to self-improvement, using prior health challenges as motivation to build and maintain her strength. “I believe in the power of positive thinking. I focus on healing myself inside and out. Life presents us with many challenges. I believe in the importance of faith to navigate us beyond and throughout.”
