Lisa Loveland doesn’t just view real estate as work — for her, this 16-year-long career is a hobby and a passion. As a Residential Sales Agent for Keller Williams–Boston Metro, Loveland specializes in the South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South Boston and Seaport markets, working with an even mix of sellers and buyers ranging from first-time buyers to developers and investors. “My clients know that they are my sole priority,” she says, adding that setting appropriate expectations is fundamental to a smooth transaction. “They appreciate my direct and strategic approach to winning in this market. They trust me and that helps all parties win.”
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Loveland worked in the telecommunications industry, selling business solutions for Lucent Technologies. But her love for real estate ultimately drew her to her current position.
This year, Loveland started a referral network of five like-minded individuals who are recognized as top performers in their varied professions in order to feed each other clients and create mutually beneficial relationships. “It has allowed us to be more effective and efficient, and has led to increased revenues,” she says. She also credits the boost in revenue to taking additional personal time and creating a better work/life balance.
Loveland is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She’s actively involved with HomeStart, an organization that helps homeless individuals and families secure permanent housing.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, paddle boarding, running and exploring new restaurants.
