A Braintree native, Shauna Fanning began her career in auction sales but always knew she wanted a change. Through the past year’s market challenges, she closed over $30 million in transactions and was named among Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club Elite for the second year in a row. She was also featured in South Shore Real Producers magazine.

Though there have been ups and downs in the industry in the past several years, Fanning says she’s able to differentiate herself from other agents by learning how to strategize in bumpy markets. She’s currently ranked one of the Top 5% Realtors in the state, and she’s also newly licensed in Rhode Island to grow her business sphere.

Fanning is the proud mother of two growing daughters. In her spare time, she loves to volunteer, exercise and spend time with her family.
