Regarding new real estate development, Castellano has always been around it. His engrained construction knowledge coupled with his marketing prowess have allowed him to partner with developers across greater Boston to identify projects, bring them to market and manage sellouts with seamless transition. 

A golf aficionado, Castellano describes the sport as his “biggest de-stressor and favorite way to network with industry partners.” He looks forward to building a dynamic real estate team and fostering growth in the coming year.
