by Liz Hughes

Coldwell Banker’s Richard Hornblower and Katelyn Kerins are bringing to market a new income-restricted development in Brighton.

The property at 21 Soldiers Field Place is a 38-residence, stand-alone building. All units qualify as Boston Planning and Development Agency income-restricted residences.
