• Auburn: 26 transaction sides and $12,155,051 in sales volume
• Berkshire County: 197 transaction sides and $68,018,522 in sales volume
• Shrewsbury: 33 transaction sides and $24,535,678 in sales volume
• Woburn: 22 transaction sides and $17,496,725 in sales volume.
