Anthony Lamacchia is the owner, founder and CEO of Lamacchia Realty and Lamacchia Companies, which includes Lamacchia Realty, Lamacchia Vacation Rentals, Lamacchia Landscape and Construction and Crush It in Real Estate. Throughout his career, Lamacchia has focused on helping buyers, sellers, Realtors, employees and business owners achieve greater success.

Lamacchia works closely with COO Jackie Louh and Lamacchia Companies’ leadership team to manage and grow the companies every day. In recent years, he has focused heavily on acquisitions and expansion. As of April, Lamacchia Realty had acquired or joined forces with 15 companies in just two-and-a-half-years, expanding throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, South Florida and beyond. These partnerships have helped brokerage owners create new opportunities for their businesses while giving more agents access to the tools, technology, marketing and support they need to better serve their clients.

Lamacchia is also considered an industry expert, with hundreds of television appearances and speaking engagements at major national real estate conferences. He regularly shares market updates and industry insight to help consumers and real estate professionals better understand changing conditions. In 2023 and 2024, he became even more widely recognized for his public defense of Realtors and the value they provide during the commission lawsuits and settlement changes.

His leadership has earned numerous honors, including recognition on the Swanepoel Power 200 in 2025 and 2026, Boston Agent magazine’s Managing Broker of the Year for two consecutive years and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® 2024 Realtor of the Year.
