Mian LaVallee is a vice president and real estate agent at Compass, specializing in move-up buyers, simultaneous buy-sell transactions and relocation clients across greater Boston and MetroWest. With 20 years in the industry and over $300 million in career sales, LaVallee built her reputation the old-fashioned way: one relationship at a time.

For 14 years, LaVallee served as senior partner of the No. 1 group at her former brokerage in Newton before moving to Compass in 2026. Known by clients and colleagues alike as “The Connector,” LaVallee has been hosting exclusive networking events for greater Boston’s top female agents since 2019 — bringing together the market’s most successful women to share off-market opportunities, collaborate and strengthen the industry from the inside out. She has been recognized as a top producer in Boston Magazine, Real Trends and Boston Agent magazine Who’s Who every year from 2017 through 2026 and was honored with Boston Agent’s cover in 2023.

Off the clock, LaVallee is a firm believer in giving back and is a proud supporter of REACH, a greater Boston organization dedicated to survivors of domestic violence, and Alex’s Team, which aims to support pediatric cancer. When she is not negotiating the best deal for her clients, she is a busy mother of three, ages 17, 15 and 11, and proudly adds personal chef, chauffeur and loudest cheerleader on the field to her title.
