My Style: Mark Steinert, Berkshire Hathaway Warren Residential, Boston

by Boston Agent

mark-steinert

Mark Steinert is a sales associate with Berkshire Hathaway Warren Residential in Boston

Number of years in real estate: Four years

Describe your look: Classic and tailored, with lots of blue, grey and black.

What do you consider a “fashion don’t”? In general, dressing down. There are so many in this industry who do not seem to put any effort into their appearance. It makes a difference!

What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? My Gucci lace-ups. They fit like a glove, and only get better with age.

What do you consider a must-have accessory? For me, a good pair of shades, and not necessarily for fashion reasons. For whatever reason, my eyes just cannot deal with the sun.

Where are your favorite places to shop? Burberry, Hugo Boss, J.Crew, Saks and Newbury St

What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look? My hair

What is in your bag/briefcase? I tend to travel light, so no bag – just my phone and Macbook.

My closet is full of…button-ups, suits, belts, ties and a bunch of other things I never wear.

What is your style advice for other people in the industry? I’m sure plenty of other agents have said this, but it’s good advice: make sure everything you have fits well, but is also comfortable – especially shoes! Ill-fitting or uncomfortable clothes can add so much stress and drain your energy when you are out running around with clients.

Hugo Boss suit; Burberry Prorsum tie; Hugo Boss shirt; Gucci shoes
