Domenica Giordano founded The Giordano Group in 2024 to provide a “client-first” approach. She works with team member Amanda Semiao to serve southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts north of Boston, offering outstanding advocacy and support throughout the buying or selling process.
While Giordano guides the team with decades of industry experience, Semiao provides energy and creativity that inspire the group’s marketing and advertising efforts. Collectively, the pair has over 25 years of experience. Both women originally worked in the medical industry: Giordano has a degree in cardiopulmonary sciences, but wanted more career flexibility when she became a parent, eventually falling in love with real estate. Semiao was a dental hygienist, but her interest in real estate led her to become a Realtor.
Giordano and Semiao are known for their integrity, professionalism and excellent customer service, combined with their positive attitudes and enthusiasm for the process. They conduct a lengthy introduction with clients that details the buying and selling processes, pitfalls and intended outcomes. To maximize profit, they focus heavily on staging and repair options.
“Buyer education is paramount to a smooth transaction,” Giordano shares. “Even if our clients have purchased with us before, reviewing current market stats and trends is useful. For first-time buyers, it’s necessary to review the financing and inspection processes.” As she explains, there is “no such thing” as being overprepared.
The Giordano Group is a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Shore Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. In addition, Giordano is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
