The No. 1 listing and selling agent in Norwell since 2015, Poppy Troupe has two decades of professional real estate experience. “I am the daughter of a Realtor and learned from her,” says Troupe, a premier Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty, adding that her mother, longtime broker Gretchen Buitta, has been her assistant for the last 12 years. Specializing in staging and negotiating, Troupe works with buyers and sellers for single-family homes, condos, properties, and new developments on the South Shore. 

A native and current resident of Norwell, where she raises her four children, Troupe is among the Top 10 Coldwell Banker agents across New England, beating out over 4,000 of her peers to maintain her ranking year after year. “I earned my license in Boston back in 2003, and over the past 20 years, I have seen it all,” she says. 

A marketing professional in London and New York City, Troupe worked at a counter-surveillance equipment company before transitioning to the publishing industry. “My experience in marketing has been instrumental both to selling homes and building my client base as a Realtor,” she says. “I know how to present a listing and work hard to stage them perfectly for photos and video shoots to attract buyers.”

Troupe is a member of the Society of Excellence for Coldwell Banker, and outside of work, she is involved in the United Church of Christ, the Norwell Women’s Club and sits on the board of the South Shore Hospital. She and her children are avid travelers and as a family, they enjoy summers in Cape Cod and skiing in the winter.
