Originally from Minneapolis, Judy Korzenowski has lived in Newton for more than 30 years and is entrenched in the community. She began her career in retail as a specialty store buyer and fashion event specialist, which provided useful experience for her success in real estate. When she was recruited into a friend’s brokerage 17 years ago, she jumped at the opportunity to connect with others in finding their dream homes. 

Korzenowski creates long-lasting relationships through pleasantness and prowess. A luxury residential real estate specialist, she offers a full service experience for which her largely referral-based clients describe her as “the best.” Her communication and business savvy are evident, and she works closely with a network of service providers to make every transaction seamless. Describing her offerings, she says, “I include complimentary consultation, staging, photos, floor plans and unparalleled marketing.” 

With a long history of commendation for her work, Korzenowski received the International President’s Elite Award with Coldwell Banker for the second year in a row and recently achieved an increase in overall business by 17%. She holds memberships in the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, serves on the Newton Fair Housing Committee, and was recently featured in Modern Luxury Boston Common Magazine. Her most notable accomplishment has been the development of an expert ability to guide clients through both buying and selling a home at the same time. She credits transitioning to her current firm and professional growth coaching for much of her success.

A huge sports fan and fitness enthusiast, Korzenowski has three sons and enjoyed playing an active role in their annual fundraising events. She’s proudly been able to plan more leisure and travel time with family into her schedule and looks forward to attending her son’s upcoming wedding.
