For the last seven years, Gayle Winters, principal and CEO of the Gayle Winters & Co team, continues to take the industry by storm with her astounding numbers. Winters has been recognized as one of Real Trends’ top 1% of agents in the U.S, and she credits her success to her straightforward work ethic and strong business background. Winters has a comprehensive background in finance, leaving her CFO position to enter an industry that has long fascinated her for many reasons, including the close relationships she maintains with her clients. “I love helping to guide my clients as best as I can through confusing and sometimes difficult processes by being honest and transparent with everything,” she says. “I always tell my clients, ‘I’m brutally honest at all times. I can’t help myself; I’m from New York.’”

Winters always goes one step further to help her clients throughout the entire selling and buying process. “I have an extensive vendor list that I can share with my clients,” she says, adding that she has everything from attorneys to HVAC experts at her fingertips. 

Winters also pursues new construction projects and specializes in relocation services in and out of the United States. She takes a hands-on approach and works with buyers and sellers to find the land and design their dream home. “I have no problem getting my hands dirty and getting down to the nitty gritty as it’s all part of the process,” she says.

When Winters isn’t helping families list to sell their home or purchase a home, or donating her time, she enjoys spending time with those closest to her, including her own two furbabies and grandpups. “Sitting around the table and sharing a meal with friends and family makes my heart sing,” she says.
