Domenica Giordano, Real Estate Agent

Century 21 North East

The allure of real estate is clear in the story of Domenica Giordano. For the flexibility to start a family with her husband, she decided to take what she thought would be a temporary detour from academia and the medical field into real estate. Now a 20-year veteran, she works with a diverse client base north of Boston, with specialties in the North Shore and Merrimack Valley areas.

A Massachusetts native who lived in the city of Boston, she’s adapted her work style to be client-specific. Every initial meeting with a client involves a tailored presentation that reaffirms goals and sets expectations. The overwhelming majority of Giordano’s transactions are for repeat clients, likely resulting from her drive to catalyze positive outcomes through education.

It’s her niche knowledge, practicality and efforts to obtain the best possible outcome that leave lasting impressions. “I advocate very aggressively on behalf of my buyers to ensure they end up in the right place and work tirelessly to generate the highest possible profit for my sellers,” says Giordano. “A $1,000 investment in repairs can generate a $10,000 increase in profit.”

An award winner many times over, Giordano is proud to have been a recipient for the past four years of the production-based Centurion distinction, the highest award given at her firm. Focused on expansion, she successfully competed with other professionals for a single membership spot in Business Network International Breakthrough of Massachusetts. Giordano rose to president just a few months later, and engagement in this group has had a profound impact on her scalability.

Having recently transitioned from competing in combat sports to training champion fighters, she spends time supporting cancer research and other fundraisers, including Haymakers 4 Hope, Covenant House and her very own charity boxing event and silent auction to benefit her nephew, Matty, who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma.
