Casey Craig, Senior Sales Associate

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential

Without question, 2022 was the busiest year in Casey Craig’s career — and she’s been in real estate for nearly a decade. Sellers saw significant equity gains, while buyers took advantage of the buying power that came with the historically low interest rates. “It proved to be my favorite yet,” says Craig, a senior sales associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential. This year highlighted her extensive knowledge in a quickly changing and challenging market and proved just how dedicated she is to her clients. “Whether I was on the sale side and could present multiple amazing offers,” she says, “or on the purchase side, calling my buyers to give them the good news — the house is theirs!”

The full-time Realtor is among the top 10% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide by sales volume. With a focus on single-family homes and condos, she reports that 100% of her business is based on repeat and referral customers. She understands how important homeownership can be to overall financial success and wants to be a part of helping families reach that important milestone. “I want to facilitate the feeling of accomplishment and happiness that homeownership brings, along with long-term wealth,” she says. Craig keeps things light and fun with first-time homebuyers who are anxious about the process, but when it’s time to negotiate on their behalf, it’s all business.

Craig is the leader of Boston’s Women’s Business League, supporting other women in business and making connections that help every member become more successful. She’s also involved with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Ellie Fund and Birthday Wishes Inc.

As a resident of the South Shore, Craig spends her time with her fiance, Greg, and their golden retriever, Ellie. The expectant parents are welcoming their first baby this spring.
