Anne Kennedy, Real Estate Professional

Coldwell Banker Realty

Agent Anne Kennedy first learned the value of client-centered service at her family’s hospitality businesses in Ireland. “I care about my buyers and sellers,” she says. “Each buyer and seller are as unique as each home.”

Kennedy immigrated to Boston in 1985 and settled with her husband in the Dorchester neighborhood. Together they have invested in and remodeled properties in Newton, Boston, Quincy and Canton, where they currently reside.

Kennedy’s husband, William, is a general contractor, which is how she got involved in the real estate business in the first place. Her work alongside her husband over the years has given her an in-depth knowledge of the construction process from the foundation to the roof. She can also see the potential in older homes where others can’t, and can suggest renovations and restorations  to transform a dated home into a dream home.

In addition to her knowledge of homes, Kennedy has a deep connection with finances, as well. She was a financial controller in the corporate world for over 20 years, specializing in construction project accounting and tax preparation for individuals and corporations.

Shortly after earning her license in 2016, Kennedy established a reputation as a self-driven individual with unsurpassable industry knowledge. A top producer at Coldwell Banker Realty, she earned entry into the company’s International President’s Elite Club in February 2023 and has been recognized many times throughout the years as one of Coldwell Banker’s top 100 Agents in New England by volume and units sold.

A cancer survivor herself, Kennedy  is a proud supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A portion of every sale she makes is donated to the organization. On the local community level, she works with the Newton Food Pantry. She supports the arts programs in local schools and community outreach organizations in Quincy and Canton.

When she’s not working, Kennedy enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, William, and their two children, Christina and Bryan.
