Born and raised in Boston, Louise Touchette admits her love for the city gave her reason to never leave. She earned her master’s degree and taught at Boston University for 20 years in health and wellness before entering the real estate industry. “My husband is a developer, and I was always intrigued with the variety of properties he offered and the different homes he built,” Touchette says. “I decided to pursue my passion for homes by getting my real estate license.”
A luxury property specialist with Coldwell Banker Realty, Touchette covers Lynnfield, where she has lived for 24 years, as well as Boston, Nantucket and the North Shore. In the industry for 18 years, she recently created her own team. “I worked extremely hard to create a dream team and could not be happier or more grateful with every single member,” she says. “We approach each and every interaction with the highest ethical standards and strive to fully understand the client’s living space desires.”
Coldwell Banker Realty named Touchette a top 1% producing agent nationally and recognized her for selling the most million dollar homes in Lynnfield. A supporter of the Special Olympics and St. Jude Children’s Hospital, she is involved with Lynnfield High School fundraising and belongs to the National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Association of Realtors, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialists and Top 1% of National Realty Trust Agents Nationwide.
With three daughters, Touchette understands how buying or selling a home in the midst of balancing life obligations can be daunting. “My team and I give our best 100 percent of the time,” she says. “It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is; we are available to our clients 24/7. And the best part is that we enjoy every minute of it.”
