Jessica Jaklitsch began her real estate career 18 years ago and specializes in the Boston market. Jaklitsch, a Realtor with Charlesgate Realty, assists clients at all price points, ranging from first-time homebuyers to luxury homeowners and builders. She “fell into real estate” in 2005 while studying at Northeastern University. A search for a part-time job led her to a tour guide position with national developer Crescent Heights. “Very quickly after, I received my real estate license,” she says. “I went to work in real estate full-time immediately after graduating in 2007.”

Born and raised in the Boston suburbs, Jessica Jaklitsch spent her free time growing up in the city going to museums, dining in restaurants, boating and enjoying the city’s parks. “I have always loved Boston,” she says. “I just love seeing Boston transform into what it is today.”

After 18 years in real estate, Jaklitsch has earned a reputation for being an effective communicator with a strong attention to detail. Her experience is hard to beat—over the years, she’s worked with new construction, condominium conversions, luxury sales, apartment rentals, property management and senior communities.

Jaklitsch had a record year in 2021, with 114 transactions and $110 million in volume. Her accomplishments for the past year include selling out the condos at Slip45 Condominiums at Clippership Wharf in East Boston. “I think of myself as a trusted advisor or a matchmaker rather than a salesperson,” she says. “My clients trust me and know that I am looking out for their best interests.”

Outside of her work, Jaklitsch hopes to inspire her young children to find their passions. Her 4-year-old daughter loves the arts and theater, and her 6-year-old son is a diehard Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins fan.
