A veteran of the Massachusetts real estate industry, Andrea Castinetti is always focused on her clients’ best interests. She’s the president and founder of Castinetti Realty Group, a brokerage of 20 agents that just opened two new offices in Charlton and Falmouth, with another coming soon to Boston.
Castinetti’s background is as an entrepreneur. She bought her first business at the age of 20 — a juice bar within a Framingham gym. After opening her second juice bar, she ventured into the tanning salon and spa businesses. “I have made so many incredible connections and friendships throughout the years and have always been ‘client-facing,’” she says. “Making the move to real estate seemed very natural, and I am thankful every day that I did.”
While she’s firm with her agents about being respectful and professional, Castinetti says her brokerage is a laid-back place to work. “We have fun, yet we do our jobs well and focus 100% on our clients,” she shares. “My personal style is all about making this process as easy and stress-free for the client as possible.”
Castinetti’s awards and recognitions include Best of Central Mass for excellence in residential real estate, as well as best residential realty group, both from Worcester Telegram and Gazette. She and her team have earned these distinctions every year since 2019. She was also named Hometown Hero for the city of Worcester and received the key to the city in 2017.
A longtime Shrewsbury resident, Castinetti runs an area nonprofit called the Kindness Coalition of MA. Her main mission is to give back to her community, so she also donates a portion of her commission from every sale to a local charity in her clients’ name.
