In a leap of faith, Gayle Winters left her CFO position to enter an industry she’s long been fascinated by: Real estate. “It has been something I’ve been interested in for many years,” reveals Winters, a Realtor and principal of the Gayle Winters & Co. Team.
Despite Winters’ relatively new career of six years, she puts up astounding numbers while working hard for her clients in the Greater Boston area. Being recognized as one of Real Trends’ top 1% agents in the U.S, she credits her success to her straightforward work ethic and strong business background. “My clients have always described me as being honest, smart and super easy to talk with,” she shares, “I always tell my clients, ‘I’m brutally honest at all times. I can’t help myself; I’m from New York!” She always goes one step further to help her clients throughout the entire property selling and buying process. “I have an extensive vendor list that I can share with my clients,” she says, adding that she has anything from attorneys to HVAC experts at her fingertips.
Going on to describe her philanthropic work, Winters talks about her passion for helping those in need. “I love helping people,” she says. “My dream would be to start a nonprofit to help those in need.”
When Winters isn’t helping families list to sell their home or purchase a home, or donating her time, she enjoys spending time with those closest to her. “Sitting around the table and sharing a meal with friends and family makes my heart sing,” she says.
