Peter Hill, Vice President, Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate

Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty

Sunday afternoon drives to open houses and, during the summer, cottages by the beach, was a family activity Peter Hill remembers fondly as a child. “I guess, like many families, we were in search of the American Dream.” Peter says: “it was inevitable that I would one day become a Realtor,” now Vice President and Broker Associate at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.

Before Real Estate, Hill enjoyed a celebrated career as a Fortune 500 clothing manufacturer in New York City before pioneering an online grocery business here in New England. His experience has taught him many things, the importance of relationships, and why it is essential for his clients to know, like and trust him. “Transparency in real-time is something that I strive to instill in every relationship — both business and personal,” Hill insists. “Managing my clients’ expectations and accomplishing their objectives within their time frame and budget is my job, and thankfully I do it well.”

Specializing in the suburbs west of Boston, Hill also works in the Back Bay, South End, South Boston and the Seaport District. He enjoys sharing what he knows about these areas with his many clients. “There is no substitute to knowing the towns and communities that I work in other than having an insatiable appetite of curiosity,” he explains. “It’s been a gift I have enjoyed for nearly 20 years of hard work with countless satisfied buyers, sellers and real estate investors.”

Hill points out that COVID caused many inventory challenges as buyers redefined their home and professional needs for their families. “This leveraged a lifetime of skills that I earned and honed through the years,” he admits. “Managing expectations, keeping the stress level low and making sure clients remain confident that we will get there has been both challenging and rewarding.”

Hill’s countless testimonials on Google and Zillow clearly prove he knows how to get the job done well.
