Rosalee DiScipio is a highly successful REALTOR on the North Shore of Massachusetts. She has achieved her success by being knowledgeable about all kinds of real estate transactions, displaying exceptional aptitude in the unique circumstances that are frequently found in her market area. She also takes great pains to ensure that her clients are kept up to date and comfortable for the duration of the process.
DiScipio grew up in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has, for the last 20 years, lived on the North Shore. She didn’t start in the real estate business but was managing construction projects. When she was laid off from that job, she demonstrated her adaptability and determination by pursuing her Realtor’s license. She was also working as a mixologist at several establishments until a serious wrist injury forced her to end that part of her career. She says, “I wanted to show my girls that I wasn’t going to give up, even with a permanent injury.” At that point, she decided to pursue her career in real estate.
DiScipio maintains a keen interest in new developments and the latest market trends because she knows that is what it takes to meet the needs of all her clients. That has led to her currently owning the highest sales volume in Lamacchia Realty’s Beverly office. She competently handles concurrent sales and purchases, interstate moves and investment property transactions. As professional as she is, she also demonstrates a genuine concern for her clients, who frequently describe her as kind and able to lower the stress that comes with life-changing decisions. She does this with warmth and a sense of humor that raises their comfort level with their specific transactions.
When Rosie isn’t hard at work on real estate business, she loves to cook with her children as well as coach them in whatever sport they are into at the moment. She also shares her love for the Bruins and Patriots with them. In her community, she is a co-chair for the annual Topsfield Strawberry Festival, and she is also on the Economic Community Development Committee in Topsfield as well as their Business Showcase and Development Committee.
