After a long line of skilled contractors and developers bequeathed to him a love of all things real estate and home, Keller Williams Boston-Metro’s Vincent R.W. Rizzo III finds himself building a legacy. “I have been surrounded by this atmosphere since I was a young child,” Rizzo says. “I believe in creating a legacy and being known for something great, and that’s what I aim for every day.”
With his background in the hospitality industry prior to real estate, Rizzo believes in finding and highlighting unique elements and luxurious one-of-a-kind details to elevate his clients’ buying or selling experience. Client feedback with this devotion to “all the little things” has proven to be a success and part of why he was ranked in the top 1% of Massachusetts’ 42,000+ agents last year. “Passionate, persistent and knowledgeable,” he says are some of the most frequent comments he receives. “I have a positive attitude and I am always available, responsive and committed to making this a prime experience.”
A 2019 Keller Williams Gold Award winner, Rizzo says his style of fast responses and persistent service, coupled with homebuilding and construction knowledge, have helped him create a business that’s 70% referrals. What’s more, Rizzo inspires his clients, co-workers and community. As a 13-year cancer survivor himself, he now pays it forward and volunteers at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute when he’s not hustling to get clients the best price or deal.
Whether it’s serving the South End/Back Bay or North Shore, he has the entire Greater Boston area covered. He helps clients at every price point and with commercial real estate, too. “Nothing was easy,” he recalls of his first year, in particular moving the more challenging or expired listings. “But I thrive on a challenge and love what I do!”
