For the fourth consecutive year, Joanna Schlansky has been ranked amongst the industry’s top producers. With over 21 years in real estate, she provides award-winning services to clients in Burlington, Bedford, Lexington and surrounding towns along the hub of routes 95 and 93.
Schlansky focuses on client relationships and crafting a consistently positive real estate experience. “My clients know that they can trust and depend on me because I genuinely care and strive to always put their interests first,” she says. “My goal is to make the entire process, from beginning to end, as smooth and positive an experience as possible.”
Whether investors, builders, sellers or buyers, Schlansky commits to clients completely by tailoring her approach to best meet their unique needs. “One size doesn’t always fit all,” she says. “While sticking to certain fundamentals that years of experience suggest work, it’s important to cater and customize the approach to each client’s unique circumstances.”
Schlansky is a Certified Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist, the last being a prestigious designation held by only 3% of the nation’s Realtors.
Despite obstacles in 2020 posed by COVID-19, Schlansky has pivoted her business to navigate around those challenges and closed 60 transactions. She was recently named a Certified Top Producer by the Best Agent Today website and has been included among the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals’ 10 best agents in Massachusetts for client satisfaction since 2016. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors and Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Outside of work, Schlansky volunteers her time with local charities and the nonprofit “People Helping People,” in addition to helping local families dealing with food insecurity due to COVID-19.
