Malden native and second-generation Realtor Kristin Gennetti has a special background, having essentially “grown up” with her suburban Boston community. She has witnessed Malden’s recent transformation from a shuttered downtown into a renewed and bustling dining and gaming destination. Contributing to this transformation, Gennetti turned her vision into a reality, successfully opening a boutique real estate office in the heart of the downtown area while leading and mentoring new and seasoned agents. Now a 16-year professional in the real estate market, she continues to invest in and serve her community, as well as the larger Boston metropolitan area.
A Boston University graduate with a degree in occupational therapy, Gennetti began her career working with children in the Somerville public schools, including those with a variety of disabilities. The self-motivated, top-producing Realtor says the experience fostered a spirit of deep compassion and professionalism that helps her serve clients in a unique way.
Recognized as a top Century 21 agent in Massachusetts and the No. 1 agent in Malden, Gennetti explains, “I believe that my clients appreciate that I am their full-time advocate. I live, work and breathe real estate.” Past clients note her honesty, attention to detail, extensive market knowledge and empathic sense of how best to help them navigate the process. “From the first meeting to the closing, I am with them every step of the way,” she remarks.
Gennetti says serving and working in her community gives her great pride. In addition to successfully pivoting her business model during a global pandemic, she also created the Malden Business Connection, a group of over 75 local business owners who meet online weekly to help support one other. “Malden is where I live, work and serve,” says Gennetti, “and I love having the opportunity to have helped so many local families over the years.”
