Raised in Wakefield, Boccelli received an early introduction to construction and design through her parents. “The background and experience they have offered me is unparalleled,” she says, adding that she began her real estate career of 20 years by helping family and friends to manage, sell and purchase property.
Citing her honesty and 24/7 availability as fundamental to her business model, Boccelli aims to make the buying and selling processes as easy and stress-free as possible. “It is my goal to have happy clients at the end of each transaction,” she says. “I want to know they love where they landed and that it suits their current lifestyle and plans for the future.”
This year, Boccelli surpassed $10 million in sales, earning her the title of top producer from the Northeast Association of Realtors. Despite the pandemic, she has maintained a five-star average from her clients, 99% of whom are referral-based. A testament to her drive, she even works alongside her crews in interior design, staging and cleanouts.
Outside of work, Boccelli enjoys spending time with her family, hosting dinners and being an “auntie” to her nieces and nephews. A former mechanic, she also loves hands-on activities to learn new skills and exploring the outdoors.
