Justin C. Bitler
Senior Mortgage Consultant
Wintrust Mortgage

Justin C. Bitler’s understanding of the credit system has led him to become not only a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Wintrust Mortgage, but a valuable teacher to clients as well as the greater community. Licensed in all 50 states with a focus on Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont, Bitler has worked in the real estate industry for 13 years and serves clients at both ends of the financial spectrum and at all points in their lives.

“I often say to clients that no two of them are the same,” he says. “Numbers do not have emotions and we need to put them in the best position for their personal situation. They can have a million dollars in the bank or be a veteran doing 100 percent financing, but each client is unique in their own way and must be treated as such.”

Before entering the real estate industry, Bitler served as the general manager of a large steak and seafood restaurant in Hanover, New Hampshire. His previous job experience taught him the importance of high-quality customer service and strengthened his budgeting and leadership skills.

From 2012–14, Bitler was recognized as Merrimack Mortgage’s Top Producer. Still, he views client referrals as his greatest honor. “Getting calls saying you helped this person or you helped that person is easily the most rewarding part of my position,” he says.

Bitler is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, Wayland Business Association, Sudbury Chamber of Commerce and Newton-Needham Regional Chamber of Commerce. He regularly teaches courses to veteran in the community about building, improving and maintaining their credit.

Within his office, Bitler continues to be an instructor, keeping an eye out for current future generations. “Even if a client has good or even great credit, I will offer a quick tutorial on how the system really works and what they can do to pass it down to family and friends.”

Bitler is an avid golfer and father of two.
