Ilya Cobi will never get tired of seeing his clients’ faces after they’ve closed on their dream homes. “I like to share my services and truly understand the awesome transformational power of what it means for our clients to dream with their eyes open and change their lives forever,” says Cobi, a Realtor with RE/MAX WAY and leader of The Cobi Real Estate Team.

Specializing in properties in the greater Boston area, including Dedham, Westwood, Dover, Norwood, Walpole, Newton, Brookline, Quincy, Braintree, West Roxbury and Roslindale, Cobi works with sellers, first-time buyers, investors and move-up buyers. As a former entrepreneur and business owner, Cobi continues to put his marketing and negotiation skills to use.

In the past year, he doubled his business from the year prior, selling 100 percent more than the average agent in the industry, and ranking as the top-producing agent per transaction at RE/MAX Way. He also expanded his team, going from working solo to running a group of five, and in his personal life, learned how to ride a bike thanks to the help of his two sons.

During Cobi’s 14 years in the real estate industry, he’s earned countless awards, including Boston’s 5 Star Agent in 2015 and 2016, and he ranks among the Top 25 RE/MAX Individuals of New England. In 2016, he qualified for RE/MAX Platinum Club, and for the past three years, he has been nominated for inclusion among the Boston Globe’s list of Top 1% Agents in Boston.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, is a Town Ambassador for the Susan G. Komen foundation, and is a supporter and Miracle Agent Award recipient of Children’s Miracle Network. Cobi also sponsors the local school’s family fun night as well as local soccer teams. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, gardening, running, playing soccer and reading.
