What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? I have been in real estate 99% of my adult life 🙂

Where did you grow up? Lawrence, MA/Dominican Republic

Growing up, what did you want to be? A doctor

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Travel, 56 countries so far!

 If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Oprah for sure. Her ability to break thru barriers, grow from those challenges yet help so many people at the same time is inspiring.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? The Seaport

What do you love most about the industry? The ability to change lives.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I truly believe in educating both my clients and others in the industry.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Helping my team of 25 agents overcome self doubt and pushing them to become superstars.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Education thru social media.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Leading my team (at that time we were a team of 10) to No. 1 in the world for Century 21 in 2020.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I listen to a book a week. Anything on leadership, effective communication and self improvement overall.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Lobster roll of course
