What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a financial analyst with a large tech company in San Diego, California. It was the polar opposite of residential real estate!
 
Where did you grow up? I was a military kid. I traveled around a lot, but spent most of my time in southern New Hampshire.
 
Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be a software engineer! In college I quickly realized that full-time programming isn’t as glamorous as I thought.
 
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Hit the gym, binge watch Netflix, and cooking good food.
 
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I’d like to have a beer and shoot the s*** with Danny Devito. That guy just seems awesome.
 
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? The Filet Mignon at Rare. As a big steak eater – it is by far the best steak I’ve ever had.
 
What do you love most about the industry? Closing on the dream home of a first-time home buyer. Nothing tops that feeling!
 
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I’m a big tech person my digital marketing, web presence and understanding of modern consumer behavior is unrivaled in southern N.H. Especially Nashua N.H.
 
 
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? In the 2023 market? Securing homes for buyers at a reasonable price without waiving all of their rights!
 
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? I’ll keep most of my methods a secret, but I will say that paid web marketing is incredibly important.
 
What has been your greatest accomplishment? For real estate? I’ve gotten Presidents Club every single year I’ve been licensed.
 
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? My wife and I are into “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” on Amazon Prime at the moment. I’m a very critical movie/show snob. I have no complaints with this one very high quality with no bad acting.
 
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? The filet mignon at Rare in Encore. Best steak I’ve ever had, bar none and I’ve had a lot of filets.
 
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? I’ve got to go with Trinity church. I love old architecture
 
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I work with a couple investors that buy large multi-family buildings in Manchester, Worcester and Lowell. During unit walkthroughs I’ve walked in on people sleeping, drugs dens and hoarder homes. I’ve seen it all at this point.
 
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I’m extremely introverted. When you meet me you’d never know. When I’m done working at night I prefer to sit in silence.
 
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Pipa in Rio Grande De Norte Brazil! It’s tropical paradise and the people are so warm and welcoming.
 
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Host open houses, call expireds and GRIND IT OUT
 
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? It’s got to be the MLS!
 
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? For real estate it’s Ryan Serhant and Augusto Braga.
