Dalton & Finegold expands with addition of Healey, Deshaies, Gagliardi and Woelfel

by Liz Hughes

Real estate law firm Dalton & Finegold LLP is expanding with the addition of Healey, Deshaies, Gagliardi and Woelfel, which brings in Paul Gagliardi as a partner and adds two associate attorneys and the firm’s Amesbury office.

Gagliardi brings 45 years of experience in real estate law, estate planning, estate administration and business law. His law career began in Amesbury, where he served as a partner in a highly regarded firm and has been an active member of several civic organizations, including the Amesbury Lions Club and Amesbury Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

“Looking toward the future, it is important for us to be part of a well-respected law firm capable of continuing to represent our clients in Massachusetts and in New Hampshire. Our team is excited to join Dalton & Finegold, a full-service, client focused firm,” Gagliardi said.

Attorneys Harold Beede and Althea Volper and a full support staff are also joining the firm.

Beede is a member of both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bar associations. Practicing law since 1991, he will focus on litigation.

Volper, a member of the Massachusetts Bar, has practiced law since 2007 and joins the firm’s estate planning team.

Bill Dalton, co-founder and partner, said the addition of Gagliardi, Beede, Volper and staff is a “complimentary fit” with his firm’s client-centered mission and areas of practice.

Co-founder and managing partner Barry Finegold said the firm’s mission has always centered on providing its referral partners and clients with exceptional, personalized legal service.

“This addition brings three highly skilled, well-respected attorneys to our team and will allow us to meet the increasing demand for our services while continuing to deliver the level of service our clients expect,” he said. “With a strong support staff already in place, we are also able to provide our clients an additional service location in Amesbury.”
