SERHANT. Boston founding members Serge Desir II and Peter Kasseris have teamed up to form The Standard, SERHANT.’s newest group serving Greater Boston.

Together, the Boston native and Winchester resident have 20 years of experience and $175 million in lifetime sales.

In January, SERHANT. opened a Boston office — its first location in Massachusetts and a major step in the company’s wider New England expansion. The Standard will operate under SERHANT.’s umbrella with the brand’s backing and support.

“This new partnership was strategic and calculated to position ourselves to better serve clients, with expectations and standards,” the group told Boston Agent magazine.
