Following SERHANT.’s launch of its first Massachusetts location, the brokerage has named a team of five founding agents and a roster of over 30.
Founding agents Antonio Khoury, Michael Carucci, Jorge Sariego, Kyle Farrell and Joe Albano will report to Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO of SERHANT. and star of Netflix’s real estate reality series, “Owning Manhattan.”
Serhant grew up in Topsfield, Massachusetts, and called his company’s New England expansion a “homecoming.”

Michael Carucci
Carucci will serve as executive vice president for SERHANT. Massachusetts. His team, The Carucci Group, will also join the brokerage. A Boston fixture, Carucci has worked with high-profile clients including Céline Dion, Michael Dell, Herb Chambers, Ernie Boch Jr. and the estate of Larry Lucchino, former president and CEO of the Boston Red Sox.

Founding member Khoury, most recently affiliated with Compass, leads The Khoury Group. Last year he closed more than $130 million in sales and surpassed $1 billion in total career transaction volume.

Jorge Sariego
Sariego will act as associate broker and lead The Boston ONE Team at SERHANT. He previously served as broker/owner of Boston One Realty Group Inc. He attributed the career move to a desire “to align with a globally recognized platform that provides unmatched scale, media reach, technology and institutional credibility, positioning our clients, projects and team for long-term growth at the highest level of the industry.”
Kyle Farrell and Joe Albano
“Prop Cousins” Farrell and Albano will serve as founding members of SERHANT. Massachusetts, bringing the Prop Cousins team with them. They bring over $200 million in career sales to the brokerage. They were formerly affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Robert Paul Properties.
