What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Project manager/sales and service development manager in banking.

Where did you grow up? California

Growing up, what did you want to be? A luxury clothing boutique owner.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Read a book, listen to music, go to the gym.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Walt Disney. He had a vision that he focused on and exemplified numerous skills and qualities that led to his greatest achievements.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Hidden gem restaurants.

What do you love most about the industry? Everyone that knows me knows that I love meeting new people and I love change. Each and every person I meet has their unique story about their property when they are selling. Every day is different and exciting.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I always try to provide value to my clients. I attend a lot of trainings and seminars where I can always educate myself and learn new strategies. The housing market is constantly changing; new technologies, market trends and marketing methods provide new situations that I always try to learn from and be a step ahead for my clients.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? When I lose a listing to another agent — which actually motivates me to go out of my way to identify additional tools and resources to add to my toolbox to ensure the client has no reason not to select me to represent them.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Networking events, call everyone and follow up!

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment is the amazing relationships I’ve built with my clients after helping them sell or buy a house. There is no greater level of accomplishment when a client refers you to their close friends and family.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I’ve been listening to a lot of Real Estate Podcasts from very successful people.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? BBQ ribs and all of their salads at Earl’s in Prudential Center.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The Prudential Tower.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? When I went to a listing appointment and while walking around the house the seller said that there are definitely ghosts in the house as they always see them on their camera.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I speak three languages.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Italy. I love the culture, the scenery, the shops and the amazing history.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Be very well disciplined, consistent and organized.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Route4Me — I use this app a lot when I need to schedule multiple showings in different towns on the same day for a client. I love how it organizes the route which helps me schedule the showings accordingly.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? Successful entrepreneurs whom I can always learn something new and exciting from to incorporate in my business.
