What was your first job in the realty industry? Rental agent at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.

Where did you grow up? I lived in Brazil until I was about 13, and then moved to the US in 2001.

Growing up, what did you want to be? I was never really sure what I wanted to be, but I always liked being around people.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I like to work out.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Tony Robbins, Gary Vayberchuk or Jay-Z.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Home.

What do you love most about the industry? Every day is different, and every deal is different.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I like to build a relationship with my clients beyond business. Also being able to speak a second language (Portuguese) gives me an advantage in the International market.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The most difficult thing about the job is when I have to make that phone call to my buyers that their offer didn’t get accepted.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? This year I’m trying to attend as many network events as possible. The YPN always have great events. I am also building my social media platform.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Being able to help friends that I went to middle school and high school find their home.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “The Science of Money” by Brian Tracy.

What is your favorite restaurant? Tudo na Brasa, Taste of Brazil.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? I don’t have a particular building, but I love the brownstones throughout the city, especially in the Back Bay.

What kind of car do you drive? Mercedes.

Smartphone or paper? I like both, depends what I’m doing.

What is your favorite city after Boston? Woburn.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Just keep hustling and the money will come eventually.
