Growing up, what did you want to be? Good question. It changed any number of times, but probably an attorney.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Take my dog to the park
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Probably Marlon Brando because he was, in my opinion, when younger, a genius of an actor who, for whatever reason, threw it all away to go in some crazy direction. I would love to find out truly why.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? As boring as it may sound – home.
What do you love most about the industry? It’s ever-changing
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I think there are any number of really good agents. What distinguishes me from the crowd is that I am great at solving problems and looking at things in a different light hopefully so everyone wins
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? As stupid as this may sound, people. The ones who will only see things from their own point of view. Not necessarily a winning proposition in real estate.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Generally from existing clients
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My business partner, who likely is one of the smartest guys I know, started out as my assistant working for maybe $10-$15 per hour. He now is not only my equal but has established a business model which primarily is with investors/developers; he manages something like 150 units & has his own style selling real estate. It has a been a joy to be able to teach someone how to make a great living at a business I love.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Jane Got A Gun
What is your favorite restaurant? This week, it’s Ester on Dot Ave. in Lower Mills.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The Christian Science Mother Church on Mass Ave. in Boston. It’s a handsome property.
What kind of car do you drive? A Volvo SUV

What is your favorite city after Boston? Boston is pretty high up on my list, so this is a hard one. But I suppose San Francisco.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Don’t give up. Wait a day and it will change.
