Inman Square was the most competitive housing market in the U.S. in 2015, according to a new study from Redfin.
In its analysis, which factored in the average sale-to-list ratio, the percentage of listings that sold above asking and the median days on market, among other factors, Redfin rated Inman Square No. 1, with three other Greater Boston neighborhoods – Brighton/Allston, Spring Hill and Cambridgeport – also placing within the top 10.
