Trina Macchi, Agent, Team leader

The Macchi Group, William Raveis Home Services

Having a team allows Trina Macchi to make each client feel as if they are the only one.

“It’s important that every client is 100% satisfied with our service,” explains Macchi, team leader, The Macchi Group, William Raveis Home Services. “So far, we have succeeded.”

The team is recognized annually by William Raveis for achieving Chairman’s Elite Club status, ranking in the Top 10% in sales companywide. In addition, most of the buyers and sellers they assist in Hopkinton, Holliston, Southborough, Westborough and Ashland are referrals from past clients.

In 2022, Macchi finished building her “perfect small team” comprised of licensed agent Nikki Howell, full-time administrative assistant; licensed agent Norka Santos, who has been with the team for over 4 years; and licensed agent Edith Paley, who joined last year. They all work individually, and collaborate as needed.

Over the years, she has learned it’s most important to set realistic expectations.

“Our curated system has been working for us and our clients for many years, but we continue to perfect it,” says Macchi. “All of our clients have unique needs.” In turn, each teammate has unique strengths, allowing them to provide clients with everything they need to achieve their goals.

“We thoroughly explain the process up front and then walk our clients through each step by providing them with checklists to follow along the way,” she says.

Macchi’s extensive background in interior design informs her attention to detail and creative approach to everything from staging homes to negotiating deals. She owned an interior design firm and after helping clients, including builders, prepare homes for sale, she decided to extend her services to marketing and full-service real estate.

To give back, Macchi supports Dignity Matters, Project Just Because, Bay Path Humane Society and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/girlygirl P.A.R.T.S. Ovarian cancer research.
