Carr’s career saw her begin as a sales and events manager for Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots, although she ended up leaving the events world to pursue a career in software sales. There, she became a top-performing sales executive and client advocate known for her communicative prowess — but still felt she needed a career with more purpose. “My father has been in the tile business since he came to America, so I was surrounded by new construction or home improvement,” she remembers. “It dawned on me that my background in sales, negotiations, client relations and homes were a perfect fit for real estate.”
Today, Carr is a Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified Relocation Specialist, consistently ranking among the best agents in the area. Most recently, she placed among the top 10 individual agents in Massachusetts at William Raveis and maintained her spot in the 2022 Chairman’s Elite Club, which celebrates agents in the top 10% of the company. Carr was also ranked by PropertySpark as No. 20 of the top 50 real estate agents on social media in Massachusetts, and she has been highlighted in the Boston Globe’s Home of the Week feature.
