A force in the Boston real estate industry since 2013, Realtor Nirav Dhamsania moved to the United States from India in 2002 and has been living in Massachusetts since 2004. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he’s always had an affinity for exploring new business opportunities. His family had great success in real estate in India, which showed him the importance of owning real estate.
When it came time to purchase his first home, Dhamsania realized the difference good agents can make in real estate transactions. “The first agent was just looking for a quick sale and not interested in providing a valuable service. The second agent was very honest and provided very valuable information that helped us to make the right decision,” he explains. “The process made me realize what impact an unfaithful agent can make on a first-time homebuyer. That’s why I became a real estate agent.”
When first starting out, Dhamsania took advantage of lead-generating services, but found the process to feel inorganic. Nowadays, his business comes mostly from referrals from past clients and friends and family.
An expert in representing both buyers and sellers, Dhamsania has earned placement in Century 21’s President’s Circle and has been recognized as a top producer at his brokerage. He attributes his business successes to the fact that clients can sense his trustworthiness. They see him as someone who adds value to their real estate transactions and helps them navigate the process smoothly.
