Growing up just minutes outside the city, Jake Antonucci holds extensive knowledge of both greater Boston and its neighboring outskirts. Committed to continually researching the area, Antonucci says his personal experience as a Bostonian and vast network allow him to provide clients with individual service and a bounty of resources.
Drawn to real estate out of a desire to help people, Antonucci strives to provide a personal and thoughtful experience. Four years of leaning into industry trends, coupled with a yearning for success, have enabled him to maintain strong connections to the community. This has allowed him to purposefully serve an array of diverse clientele. “I have found that building trust with clients through clear and effective communication are essential to my success,” he says. “I prioritize listening to my clients’ to understand their concerns, needs and wants and provide transparent information throughout the buying or selling process.”
Antonucci’s ability to facilitate wins and fortify client relationships well beyond the close date has led to frequent referrals and numerous successes over the past year. In 2022, he achieved the Keller Williams Chestnut Hill sales goal for the second consecutive year by personally closing 76 units.
This milestone was achieved with much personal fulfillment as he also helped many friends and family members find their dream homes.
He is most proud of his recent graduation from Jacksonville University’s Davis College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
Outside of real estate, civic engagement and Division I lacrosse, Antonucci skillfully plays the piano and ukulele in his free time. Also an avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, skiing, boating, fishing and running, and looks forward to one day participating in the Boston Marathon.
