Alavi not only assisted a military family in relocating from Alaska in June 2020 but also accomplished her most-unique transaction to date. In January 2022, she represented a California family via FaceTime for showings, pre-inspection during second open house, final walk-through to closing. Alavi successfully guided and positioned her clients to beat out 10 competitive offers and purchase their dream home.

With a 16-year career in the real estate industry, Alavi has built many solid relationships based on her devotion, energy and infinite knowledge of the real estate market. To give back, Alavi supports Boston’s Epiphany School, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation, Friends of the Blue Hills, and Milton’s fire and police associations. She also volunteers at Saint Catherine Greek Orthodox Church.
