Angela Harkins, Broker Associate

Lamacchia Realty, Inc.

Describing her style as “consultative and enthusiastic,” Realtor Angela Harkins has been recognized as a top producer every year of her 22-year career. “I have a passion for real estate,” Harkins says. “I love talking about real estate, answering questions or thinking about how to solve issues and challenges for my clients.”

In addition to her market outreach around greater Boston, Harkins is also licensed in New Hampshire and is recognized as one of the top Realtors for the Sky Meadow gated community there. A lifelong New Englander, Harkins can sell anywhere in the area.

Harkins’ previous career experience has made her a people person—from management jobs to training positions and start-up experience, she’s had a lot of opportunities to fine-tune her skills in presentation, client relationships, negotiation and problem solving.

“My clients appreciate that I’m not sales-y but rather consultative,” Harkins says. “I help steer the course and am not easily rattled. I never speak for my clients, instead I provide them with all their options, pros and cons, and then keep the dialogue going until they decide how they would like to proceed.”

Harkins has earned numerous accolades during her two decades-plus career in real estate, She has been honored by Lamacchia’s President’s Club since the award’s inception. She has also earned numerous awards from the Realtor organization such as Realtor of the Year, Educator of the Year, Distinguished Service, True Professional. She served as the Northeast Association of Realtor’s President in 2010. Harkins also holds the following professional designations: ASP, E-Pro, GRI, ASR, CSP, and CBR.

She says her “above-and-beyond” customer service is what fuels her success. Harkins helped hundreds of happy families find new homes during her career. “I love what I do and I feel blessed to be in a profession where I can really help people achieve their goals and dreams,” she says. “Over the years, many of my best friendships were cultivated during the real estate process.”
