Shayan Jalali, Senior Sales Associate

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential

Specializing in single-family homes and condos, Shayan Jalali has learned to keep his finger on the pulse of the Greater Boston market. After living and working in the Boston/Cambridge area for over five years, he’s become actively involved in the community.

Jalali says it’s the combination of working with families to find a home they love and helping them find a tangible asset for the long term that drove him to real estate. He loves finding the right match between buyers and sellers. The industry also combines two of his lifelong interests: investing and brokering. “I’ve been fascinated with capital appreciation since I made my first investment as a 10-year-old at a local bank,” he shares.

After starting a career in wealth management, Jalali learned how to stay on top of market trends and apply brokering to deals. Since then he’s been honored with Berkshire Hathaway’s Honor Society award, placing him in the top rankings among over 50,000 agents.

The key to Jalali’s success? Versatility. “I’m resourceful. I’m personable, and I strive to be a good problem-solver,” he says. “Whether it’s helping sellers get the most money or advising buyers to get their offers accepted, I strive to help my clients achieve their goals.” He cites his experiences as a first-generation Iranian immigrant as the foundation of his work ethic and persistent drive toward excellence.

In his free time, Jalali loves to read, bike, run, meditate, golf and volunteer with the Downtown Boston Rotary Club and as a member of the Friends Council for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. Currently, he’s training to complete an Ironman Triathlon.
