With decades of experience in customer service and expert knowledge of her local markets as a lifelong Worcester resident, it seems Deanna Faucher was destined for success in real estate. Spending 28 years as a corporate travel agent taught Faucher valuable lessons in working with a range of clientele and meeting their individual needs. Her communicative prowess and penchant for service are qualities that undeniably contribute to her success.
“One thing I love is making people’s dreams come true,” says Faucher. With a diverse client base — as a seller’s agent and buyer’s agent for everyone from investors to single- and multifamily homebuyers — she serves the Worcester County market with compassion and vigor. A caring professional, she describes her approach as “business casual,” understanding that her role is to make the real estate transaction process as painless as possible for clients. Faucher uses her listening skills to steer them in the right direction. “Real estate is an emotional experience,” she comments, “and I love to be there to help guide my clients. I am able to provide my clients with more than just the guidance of selling or buying with all the tools, services and support I have access to in my amazing firm at Lamacchia Realty. This gives me the opportunity to focus on my main priority, my clients.”
Last year was Faucher’s best yet. She closed 48 transactions and produced $21 million in sales volume. A Lamacchia Realty President’s Club member for five consecutive years, an Emerald Level Top Producer three years in a row and a consistent top producer in the company, Faucher maintained momentum in her career amid the uncertainty of the pandemic. She’s a member of her local Realtor association, as well as the current co-chair of its Member Engagement Committee. When not busy in the field, she spends time with her family, including her husband of 29 years. She was recently overjoyed at her son’s perseverance through the pandemic in completing his degree from Elon University and transitioning from intern to Assistant Golf Professional at Pinehurst Golf Course.
