Regina Joseph Winslow
Vice President of Sales
William Raveis Real Estate
Last spring, Regina Joseph Winslow made a record-breaking sale when she listed a single-family home in Charlestown for the highest sales price the neighborhood had ever seen. “I successfully marketed the home to receive multiple offers and sell it significantly over asking,” says Winslow, vice president of sales for William Raveis Real Estate. “It was a landmark sale for Charlestown.”
By fall, she found herself on a spur-of-the-moment flight to Ireland to assist a former client with a photo shoot for one of the oldest inhabited castles in the country. “The property recently underwent a $30 million renovation and is now a hotel with an 18-hole golf course and spa,” she says, noting the client sought out her help knowing she spends a lot of time on photo shoots to produce quality results that generate interest. “It was a whirlwind 48-hour trip and an amazing experience.”
Winslow’s client base mainly comes from referrals — luxury buyers who are relocating from outside the state or country and first-time buyers. Among the top 1 percent of agents in the country, according to The Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends list, Winslow ranks No. 8 in Massachusetts with William Raveis Real Estate and No. 23 among the firm’s 4,000 agents.
An out-of-the-box thinker dedicated to making clients happy, Winslow is not intimidated by challenging situations. “My family’s background in hospitality and real estate development enables me to provide an additional level of service that other agents may not think to provide,” she says. “I also think having moved back East from San Diego 15 years ago allows me to really understand what a large transition moving can be.”
Outside of work, Winslow supports MassGen Hospital for Children and enjoys traveling, skiing and sailing with her family.
