Clients who come to the team at Red Tree Real Estate know that its owners, Jerome Bibuld, Arthur Deych and Adam Kotkin, have based their careers on brutal honesty and forward thinking. “We have a high level of transactional experience that allows us to relay any and all problem-solving techniques to our client’s advantage,” says Kotkin, broker associate at Red Tree. “We have come across almost anything you can think of in real estate.”

The team, which boasts an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, assists commercial investors and residential homebuyers and sellers in the MetroWest, South Shore and North Shore regions. Sixteen years ago, they entered the industry with a focus on leasing. Through finding homes for clients and landing tenants for property owners, the team established friendships with some of Boston’s largest real estate investors. Cultivating those relationships has helped them perfect the art of finding unique properties and making solid investments. “We focus on the individual client and not the larger management company conglomerate, because the relationships with people drive our passion,” Bibuld says.

Red Tree Real Estate has grown from five agents working from a basement office in 2013 to a fully staffed brokerage with accounting, marketing and operations departments. In 2018, Bibuld was recognized as a Certified Top-Producing Real Estate Agent by WickedLocal.com. Two years earlier, he and Deych made Realtor magazine’s list of the Top 100 Most Influential Agents.

After working for a brokerage one summer during college, Kotkin fell in the love with the industry and made his career choice. However, his business partners dabbled in other fields first: Bibuld sold cars, and Deych performed stand-up comedy.

Health and wellness buffs, all three team members are passionate about Boston sports, eclectic food and travel. Actively involved in the community, they support a number of charitable organizations.
