Following years of moving around the country, Natalie Warren, principal agent for The Warren Collective at Compass, found herself to be an expert in navigating the real estate industry. “I decided to finally make a career out of it, and I haven’t looked back since,” Warren says. With ties to the community going back over 15 years, Warren understands how to help clients moving to the Boston suburbs. “The area just has so much history, natural beauty, great schools and a community unlike any other,” she says. “I love helping families find their new homes here in this deeply rooted community.”

Warren leads a team of three women who each bring their own specialization and passion to their organization. “I’m determined to give my clients the best service and experience throughout all parts of the transaction process,” she says. “Part of that comes from bringing together experts from various backgrounds to offer a service unlike any other.”

Communication and helping clients to understand a constantly changing and evolving market is the secret to success, says Warren. “Simply talking with the clients and sharing my understanding of the market helps relieve stress and get them prepared from day one,” she says. This business style has produced overwhelming success for Warren, who gets a majority of her business through referrals.

Philanthropy is also important to Warren and her team. She’s a co-founder of the Redhawk Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides financial support to Natick youth sports and activities. She is also on the board of Cocotree Kids, a nonprofit organization that provides underwear to Massachusetts children in need.
