A tireless advocate for her client’s success, Donna Scott’s family and coworkers often joke that she’s always going over 100 miles per hour. “I have always prided myself on giving exceptional service, and if that means getting back to people quickly with answers to their questions or getting them into a house, then I am doing something right,” she says.

Scott has been an agent for over 30 years and has set herself apart as an agent with service that’s second to none. “I like to think of myself as a full-service agent,” she says, recalling a particular closing where she and her clients signed the contract in their pajamas. “Overall, my customers say I’m a pleasure to work with, and I work hard to get the job done with exceptional service.” 

Scott has been a member of the International President Premier every year since 2010, which celebrates agents in the top 0.1% worldwide. Additionally, she was recognized in the Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends Top 1.49% nationwide for sales volume in 2022. She also sold the most- expensive home in Wellesley in 2022 and had the honor of working with a returning customer on the transaction.  She has sold over $2 billion worth of real estate in her career. 

“With over 30 years in this business, I have seen good times and bad times with the changing markets,” Scott says. “I think when anything is that volatile, experience is what you need.”

When not at work, Scott is an avid baker and gardener. She has a large collection of cookbooks and has taken cooking classes all over the world.
