A diverse background of corporate jobs and a passion for service have helped shape Victoria Kustov into the driven agent she is today.
Having moved from Latvia to the U.S. in 1992, Kustov, who is fluent in both English and Russian, understands personally what it’s like to go in a brave new direction. The Burlington resident has built a 17-year career in the northwestern suburbs of Boston. Prior to earning her real estate license, Kustov owned and operated a Curves franchise, and also worked as an administrative assistant, web developer, medical secretary and office administrator. “Real estate offered a sense of fulfillment that is hard to find in another career,” she says of her decision to change direction.
Kustov’s unique background is an asset. “All my experiences combined offer tremendous help in real estate,” she says. She sells over 20 homes a year and is committed to working with her clients to provide a level of service that exceeds all expectations.
“My clients always know what is happening and what to expect next, and they trust me to look out for their best interests,” says Kustov. While well-versed in all residential properties, she specializes in pre-foreclosures, short sales and first-time buyers and sellers — specialties where trust is paramount. “I am someone who genuinely cares about my clients and their needs,” she insists.
A top-producing Realtor, Kustov has received multiple prestigious awards, including “10 Best Real Estate Agents” in “Exceptional & Outstanding Client Service” in Massachusetts by the American Institute of Real Estate Agents, as well as Certified Top Producer from Best Agent Today. Kustov is a Seller Representative Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist, the last being a prestigious designation held by only 3% of the nation’s Realtors.
“I’m a doer!” she says. “Clients often say that they wish they had met me sooner.”
